Shipping Policy

For all orders under $ 2000, a $ 99 shipping charge will be applicable.
For all orders between $ 2000 and $ 2999, a $ 60 shipping charge will be applicable.
For all orders over ₹2999, shipping is free.
Returns & exchanges: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

During promotional offers, Humming Herbs may offer free shipping regardless of order value.
We ship out of Delhi. Delivery times across India are typically between 1–7 days.
Metro cities generally receive deliveries within 1–3 days.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
During high-traffic periods (e.g., festivals), shipping may be delayed due to increased order volume.
We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural addresses may take longer for delivery.
If an order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Humming Herbs reserves full right to approve or reject cancellation requests.
